Court documents outlining the most recent charges against Frank Stronach detail a number of incidents, including one that allegedly happened as recently as this year.

The most recent incident alleges Stronach sexually assaulted someone, identified in court documents as C.U., in or around Gormley. The incident allegedly happened sometime in February.

Two of the charges stem from incidents that allegedly took place in or around Aurora.

Between Jan. 1, 1999 and Dec. 31, 2003, Stronach allegedly sexually assaulted a person, identified in court documents as S.P.

Stronach has also been charged with another sexual assault, which allegedly occurred between Sept. 12, 2001 and June 30, 2002. Stronach allegedly sexually assaulted a person, identified in court documents as T.D.

News broke on Wednesday that the 91-year-old founder of auto parts manufacturer Magna had been arrested again and charged with six counts of sexual assault, one count of attempted rape and one count of indecent assault on a female.

Peel police did not provide any details of those allegations but said investigators “have identified additional victims.”

Stronach’s, lawyer Brian Greenspan, issued a statement saying his client denies “and will vigorously defend these further untested allegations dating back to 1977.”

“He has spent his lifetime committed to the betterment of the Canadian community and industry. He plans to continue to devote his energy and resources to his work advocating for the adoption of a Canadian Economic Charter of Rights to benefit workers, small businesses, family farmers, and the Canadian economy,” Greenspan added.

The alleged incidents happened over a span of five decades, with the earliest incident in this latest batch of charges dating back to between June 5, 1977 and Jan. 31, 1978.

During that period, Stronach allegedly attempted to have sexual intercourse with a woman who was not his wife, without the woman’s consent. The court documents identify the alleged victim as V.T.

During that same period, Stronach is also accused of indecently assaulting a woman, also identified as V.T. in court documents, in or around Toronto.

Between May 1, 1983 and Sept. 30, 1983, Stronach allegedly sexually assaulted a person, identified in court documents as N.J., in or around Toronto.

Another incident allegedly happened between May 1, 1988 and Sept. 30, 1988. Stronach has been charged with sexually assaulting a person, identified as K.M. in court documents, in or around Toronto.

Between Sept. 1, 1990 and Dec. 31, 1990, Stronach allegedly sexually assaulted a person, identified in court documents as V.D., in or around Toronto.

Stronach, who was born in Austria, became one of Canada’s wealthiest people after creating Magna in his garage in 1957. The company became one of the world’s largest suppliers of auto parts.

He resigned as Magna’s chair in 2011 and founded his own political party in Austria the following year.

Before the additional charges against him were laid, Stronach was scheduled to appear at a Brampton courthouse on July 8.
