Provincial police have closed Highway 400's southbound lanes in the Bradford area this afternoon following a vehicle rollover.
The OPP says the highway is closed southbound at County Road 88 following a two-vehicle collision.
The extent of injuries were unknown as of 1:10 p.m. Tuesday.
Aurora OPP is on scene to investigate.
Police are asking motorists to slow down in the area to give first-responders space to do their work.
