Suspect wanted in theft of senior's credit, debit cards: Crime Stoppers

After victim was pickpocketed at Hillcrest Mall, transactions totalling $1,155 were made with stolen cards, police say

Crime Stoppers of York Region has released a video of a woman suspected of pickpocketing a senior at a Richmond Hill mall.

Debit and credit cards were stolen from an elderly victim at Hillcrest Mall at 9350 Yonge St. on May 14, police said. The stolen cards were used at numerous locations throughout the mall for a total of $1,155 in transactions.

The suspect is described as a female, about five feet four inches in height, with a dark complexion, aged early to mid-20s, with a skinny build and long dark hair in a ponytail.
